When she’s not busy revolutionizing the marketing world, Holly is getting her hands dirty—literally! She’s a real estate enthusiast with a passion for home makeovers, having remodeled six homes with her own two hands. Whether it’s giving a house a makeover or transforming a rental property into a dreamy vacation spot, Holly’s got the vision and the skills to make any space sparkle. And she’s not just about aesthetics; Holly owns and manages her own rental properties, proving that she can blend business with beauty effortlessly.

As an avid reader, she started a Free Book Library to share the joy of reading with her community. She also penned the children’s book My Beloved Child, Dream Big, which was illustrated by 5th graders from King Chavez Public Schools—a project that brought smiles to kids from low-income families. My Beloved Child, Dream Big teaches children about common life challenges and how to positively overcome these daily obstacles. The book was illustrated by the children at King-Chavez Public Schools and a portion of the proceeds is donated back to the charter schools.
