She took her marketing genius to the glitzy world of high-end beauty, where she became the Director of Marketing for luxury beauty, hair, and skincare products you’ve probably seen in every mall in America. Picture this: Emmy and Academy Award gifting lounges, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Miami, and products featured in Elle, Lucky, and New Beauty magazines—yep, that was Holly making it all happen! She turned brands into household names, and her creative flair was splashed across malls across America and high-end boutiques in Naples, South Beach, Las Vegas, and Beverly Hills. Holly didn’t just market products; she created unforgettable experiences that made people feel like a million bucks.

When she’s not busy revolutionizing the marketing world, Holly is getting her hands dirty—literally! She’s a real estate enthusiast with a passion for home makeovers, having remodeled six homes with her own two hands. Whether it’s giving a house a makeover or transforming a rental property into a dreamy vacation spot, Holly’s got the vision and the skills to make any space sparkle. And she’s not just about aesthetics; Holly owns and manages her own rental properties, proving that she can blend business with beauty effortlessly.

But wait, there’s more! Holly’s heart is as big as her dreams. She’s all about giving back and making the world a better place. As an avid reader, she started a Free Book Library to share the joy of reading with her community. She also penned the children’s book My Beloved Child, Dream Big, which was illustrated by 5th graders from King Chavez Public Schools—a project that brought smiles to kids from low-income families. And if that’s not enough, Holly founded the FREE Community Giving Bench, a place where neighbors can share their treasures and build a sense of community. This little project was such a hit that it made headlines and quickly became a neighborhood sensation!

My Children's Book: My Beloved Child Dream Big

My Beloved Child, Dream Big teaches children about common life challenges and how to positively overcome these daily obstacles. The book was illustrated by the children at King-Chavez Public Schools and a portion of the proceeds is donated back to the charter schools.

My Passion Project: Community Giving Bench

Together we can make a difference.

One of my favorite things to do is throw a Trash to Treasure party with my girlfriends. We go through our closets and house and bring together all of the items that no longer serve us. Then all of us ladies do some free shopping and take home new treasures. On my morning ebike rides I would notice so many wonderful items that people were putting in the trash. I realize they no longer needed them but someone else probably would love them. I started to rescue them and take them home. Needing a place to rehome them, I created a Free Book Library and Community Giving Bench. It took off like gang busters! The local newspaper did an article about it (read here) and the neighbors 😍 LOVE IT!

The Free Book Library and Community Giving Bench is now fully sustainable on its own. I get drop offs several times per day and every item finds a new 🏠 home. When I walk out front it makes my heart filled with joy 🥰 when I hear stories about how it has helped people, knowing that we are saving the planet and creating a community where neighbors support each other. I would LOVE to inspire others to follow in my footsteps and create their our FREE Community Giving Bench.
