You can create a quick reply for commonly asked questions and your welcome message to new followers (if you aren’t already using automated replies). So instead of having to type out your response each and every time, you can quickly and easily just insert your already created “quick reply”. Saving you a ton of time when it comes to staying on top of the game and actively responding, within a timely manner, to all of your wonderfully, awesome followers.
How to Use Instagram Quick Replies?
First, open your Instagram app and click on your profile page. Then, in the top right corner click on the three horizontal lines. Your screen should now look like the image below.
Once you click on the setting page. Click on the business drop down window.
Now click on the Quick Replies dropdown window.
Next, click on the “New Quick Reply” link.
Write a keyboard shortcut for the message above. Your reply appears when this shortcut is the first word typed in a message. Next, enter your reply. You have up to 500 characters to enter for your reply.
Anytime you wish to edit or change your quick reply, it is easy. Just got back into your Instagram business setting, click on Quick Replies, chose the one you want to edit and change it as needed.
